In this role, you will assist in tasks such as risk assessment for maintenance intervals, updating parts life rules, conducting field inspections, monitoring maintenance events, supporting New Product Development initiatives, and assisting in the development of predictive models.As a Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for:Assisting in risk assessment for maintenance intervals and suggesting mitigation actionsSupporting the updating of parts life rules within ATA's and assisting in their transfer to businessParticipating in field inspections, identifying defects, and contributing to life model refinementSupporting the monitoring of maintenance events to analyze fleet performanceAssisting in the transfer of service requirements for New Product Development, reporting field experience, and supporting productivity projectsContributing to the development of empirical/analytical models for outage exposure prediction and parts fallout ratesFuel your passionTo be successful in this role you will:Have a bachelor/Master's degree in mechanical/Aeronautical Engineering or related fieldHave basic knowledge of statistical modelingHave some knowledge of Gas Turbine Design, operability, and reliability methodology expertiseHave basic proficiency in programming languages for collaboration with Digital TeamsHave an excellent technical aptitude, with a desire to learn repair techniques and gas turbine operationsWork in a way that works for youWe recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
