Are you eager to join a dynamic company and bring innovation through your work and skills?Prometeia offers you opportunities for growth and training in a Group with over 1000 professionals working for more than 500 clients in 20 countries around the world.Among the European leaders in Wealth Management solutions, Prometeia is looking for a resource to join the Training & Change Management team in its Bologna office.MAIN TASKS:Design of change management/training pathsProject development related to business network dynamics, due diligence, business planning, financial planning, credit processes, management control and organizationDesign and implementation of specific programs to support organizational change processes, introduction of new products and processes, technical and professional trainingDelivery of training activities, either in internship programs or as a facilitator within change management, strategy, organization or workshop programsDesign and management of role enablement programsEDUCATION:Master's degree with excellent grades in economics/finance/marketing1-year experience in consulting firms or Banking Groups in developing multi-disciplinary strategic planning projects for the banking industry is requiredPrevious experience in the design of a knowledge learning system and proven participation in the implementation of digital solutions is preferredSOFT SKILLS:Excellent problem solving skillsCommunication and teamworking skillsOrganizational and analytical skills, time managementGood knowledge of English.
