Collaborating closely with the rest of the team, you'll play a fundamental role in our communication efforts. In this role, your mission will be crafting compelling content for various platforms, staying ahead of the curve with the latest trends, and dabbling in photo and video editing. Responsibilities Crafting engaging and innovative content tailored specifically for our social media profiles on Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn.Capturing mesmerizing photos and videos that encapsulate the essence of our spectacular events.Taking the lead in editing both photos and videos to ensure they authentically represent our brand and events.Collaborating with the performance marketing team to develop specialized content that boosts our marketing campaigns.Being prepared to step in front of the camera when necessary to enhance the authenticity and relatability of our content.Speaking the language of social media, staying abreast of trends, anticipating them, and effectively incorporating them into our content. About youYou're an artist of the new millennium, with creativity always at the forefront and a knack for producing fresh content, backed by + years of experience in a similar role.On top of this: Proficiency in photography and videography, along with advanced skills in photo and video editing software (Adobe Premiere, Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, or equivalent).Excellent communication skills and a creative mindset to effectively convey brand messaging across various social media platforms.Good understanding of graphic design principles to create visually appealing content that resonates with our audience.Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including marketing and performance marketing teams, to align content strategies with business objectives.Proven track record of staying up-to-date with social media trends, algorithms, and best practices, and the ability to adapt quickly to changes in the digital landscape.Flexibility and willingness to occasionally appear on camera to add a personal touch to our content.Based in Milan, where we'll need you to be present for at least days per week.Fluency in Italian and English.
