Job Description: Reporting to the Head of Content, the Content Graphic Designer will be responsible for the production and delivery of communication materials such as banners, leaflets, internal presentation decks, posters, brochures, one-pagers, social media carousels, etc, as well as designing UX/UI for websites/landing pages on mobile and desktop, with a clear focus on Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO). Key Responsibilities: Convert brand assets into graphic interpretations when required, for instance, for infographics, brochures, flyers, etc.Deliver compelling and impactful design assetsTechnical, language and other specialized skills: Strong Portfolio: Demonstrated expertise in visual design, storytelling, and both digital and print media.Design Tool Proficiency: Proficient in major design software, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma.Generative AI Proficiency: Ability to utilize generative AI tools to create static images and visual assets, enhancing content creation and delivery.PowerPoint Mastery: Expertise in creating presentation decks directly in PowerPoint is essential. Must be capable of integrating graphic elements without relying on copy pasting images from Photoshop.You have a good level of English (verbal/written)Dynamic Work Environment Skills: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced production environment with quick turnaround times.Capable of multitasking, managing multiple projects simultaneously, and collaborating effectively with various internal teams.Interpersonal Skills: Maintains a positive, can-do attitude and excels in a collaborative work setting.Experience and qualifications: At least 4 years of professional experience University degree or equivalentIndustry Experience: Previous experience in the banking or financial industry is a plus.Duration: Permanent Location: Milan (hybrid) About ING ING offers many opportunities to build a diverse and rewarding career.
