About the Role: Finix is looking for an experienced Content Marketing Manager to own SEO and content end-to-end, and drive awareness and revenue across all our channels.
The payments industry is worth billions of dollars, making it complex, but exciting. So researching while simultaneously strategizing and writing will be important. Your audience will range in terms of business types, industries, and job titles, and your work will be distributed across organic and paid channels. But your ownership doesn't end at content—SEO will be equally important to your success as well as Finix's.
You'll work closely with Web, Design, Product, and internal payment experts, and report to the Director of Demand Generation.
You Will:Own our SEO and content from strategy to execution, optimization, and reportingConduct keyword, company, competitor, and industry research to identify opportunities and create contentCreate engaging content across all our channels and customer journeysMonitor and analyze performance metrics to improve our rankings, positionings, traffic, conversion rates, pipeline, revenue, and moreStay up-to-date with the latest SEO and content trendsCollaborate with stakeholders in other departments to write, edit, factually check, and proofread contentPromote content and engage with responses on social mediaYou Are:An expert in SEO and contentA data-driven decision-maker to set and achieve goalsA curious person with a desire to learn about and understand complex technical and regulatory concepts within the financial tech industryA strong communicator with a love for writing and storytellingA strategic GTM partner who can bring new products, features, and services to market with other stakeholdersAn organized person with respect for deadlines and the motivation for reaching themAn independent self-starter and project manager with an eagerness to collaborateYou Have:3+ years of experience in a content or SEO roleRelevant SEO certificationsProficiency with SEM, web, and content management tools like Semrush, Contentful, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Console, or equivalentsA portfolio of content and metrics to present-----------------------------------------

Base Salary Range: $80,000 - 100,000/yr + Equity + Benefits
Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries at our headquarters in San Francisco, California. Individual pay is determined by work location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
