If you resonate with this ethos, we are keen to engage with you.What You Will DoServe as a safety exemplar.Aid operational staff in deploying strategic Total Productive Maintenance pillars in line with the business roadmap, encompassing Preventive Maintenance, Autonomous Management, Focus Improvement, and Education & Training.Engage in loss analysis to pinpoint and prioritize opportunities for enhancing performance.Persistently enhance team efficiency in operating equipment by employing standard settings and practices, and by establishing new benchmarks when none exist.Provide training to fortify methodological competencies for process optimization.Mentor operational staff on improvement projects to secure exceptional outcomes.Oversee and conduct internal Health Checks in alignment with the Performance Improvement Plan's stipulations.Guide, educate, and support operational staff in applying Total Productive Maintenance Enablers.Lead Kaizen initiatives on the shop floor.Who You AreBachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent experience is required.Candidates should have 3 - 7 years' experience in the role within an industrial company that has a well-established Continuous Improvement culture.Excellent communication skills are essential, with the ability to engage comfortably and effectively at all organizational levels within a matrix environment.Applicants must possess strong problem-solving abilities, outstanding analytical skills, project management expertise, and a thorough understanding of continuous improvement methodologies, including Lean and Six Sigma.Leadership and team management skills are crucial, along with strategic thinking and planning abilities.Preference will be given to candidates with experience in Lean, specifically in deploying successful Toyota Production System-based Lean management programs, including kaizen events, 5S, TPM, Visual Management, Kata, standardized work, and leader standard work.What We Can Offer YouAt Essity, we hold the conviction that each individual's learning and professional growth is distinct.
