Your Role As a Process Engineer you will support the Operations Team for topics related to quality performance, projects and reporting. Your Responsibilities Prepares Standard Working Procedures.Planning and perform follow up training to the full staff and related to Standard Working Procedures.Updates reports and performance indicators, periodically.Support the Team to develop small and medium projects focused on process improvement issues.
Your Skills and Experiences Bachelor/Master Degree preferably in Management Engineering or related field.Experience with fast paced work environments where analytical skills, ability to identify root causes of problems, predict problems by examining situations with a metric-based approach are considered crucial.Expertise with Automotive, Aerospace, or FMCG is considered an advantage.Proficiency in Office 365 is a must, experience (1 year+) Project Management and Reporting tools is a plus.Intermediate level of English (B1.2, B2).Ability to work in team with a proactive approach to problem solving.
