Your Role As a Team Leader, you will be part of the Operations team, being responsible for managing small teams during shifts , and to motivate them to achieve the best quality of work in a highly automatized environment. Your Responsibilities Support processes by collaborating in the fulfillment of customer orders with direct support to operational activities within the departmentSupervise the business shift trend and support the Contract Logistics Shift Leader by reporting critcal information regarding the assigned areaAdjust and adapt the shift staff model by respecting the Contract Logistics Shift Leader guidelinesIdentify and communicate to Contract Logistics Shift Leader potential issues related to the operated shiftProvide training and feedback to line workers on quality performance and safe behaviorsBe ambassador and role model of right execution of activities and respect of safety rules.
