col-wideJob Description:Company DescriptionAnsaldo Energia know-how covers all the most important technologies that make the energy transition possible: from turbomachinery to renewables, and from electro-generators to the new frontier of hydrogen.PositionCommissioning Supervisor, Control Systems (m/f)Your main task is to ensure a professional and qualitative commissioning of the Control System during the commissioning phases of industrial plants (Power generation, Oil and Gas) starting from the first hardware verification phases before the first energisation of the control system to the completion of the plant commissioning (PAC).Your tasks· Ensuring loop checks, management of control system boards, interpanel signals, checks on power supplies and power distribution (24v-220v), converters, etc... of various instrumentation and electrical parts (software side) · Providing support in functional and interlocking verifications of all start-up specialists (and possibly third-party suppliers such as gas chromatographs, CEMS, electrical protection, etc.)· Reporting to Line ManagementRequirements·Technical diploma or engineering degree· Experience in site work on PLCs or control systems (preferably ABB Tenore/S+, SIEMENS T3000, Emerson Ovation)· Good skills to manage a control system, starting from the start-up phase and managing the loop check phase of the instrumentation and electrical part (hardware and software side)· Good ability to understand the process of different systems, related logic and ability to support the relevant specialist in performing functional and trip tests by means of appropriate simulation or during an actual test.· Good knowledge of automation and optimisation of PID controllers.· Good knowledge of the English language· Availability for frequent travel in Italy and abroad· Ability to work in a team and problem solving · Being flexible and able to work under pressure
