He/she leads the entire control team across the Group, overseeing all activities and ensuring smooth execution of functions.He/she plays an important role in the business and is a natural leader who motivates, manages, and controls his department for the purpose of developing efficiency with a view of optimizing the business's profitability together with excellent analysis and synthesis skills to identify the KPIs to be monitored to prevent profitability risks .He/she oversees all departmental activities and ensures that his collaborators execute their duties efficiently. In this position, the Controlling Manager works to avail a favourable departmental climate by adopting communication and integration processes, motivational practices, fair treatment and excellent interpersonal relations with control personnel.The Controlling Manager operates to ensure a constantly favourable institutional image for the business through business responsibility actions and transparency in all business matters.He/she formulates periodical business plans, forecasts and long-term financial goals and leads implementation and development of internal financial controls.He/she is also the trusted person of the CEO and CFO for monitoring the progress of strategic investment projects.In this capacity, he ensures that all members of the control department have clearly defined roles and that personal development plans are in place to enable smooth achievement of departmental goals.He/she will further need great communication skills in drafting reports for Company Governance and relevant stakeholder to serve as valuable insights for decision making and strategy formulation.Independently handled costing / controlling department at least for 5 yrs.Must have prepared business model of its own.Reconcile the cost results with P&L results month after month.Good knowledge of P&L cost structure based on standards costs and deviation.Have prepared annual business plan at senior level and can independently present it to board.The candidate will have these characteristics:
Bachelor Degree in Economics or similarFluent in English, French will be considered a plusThe candidate for this position must have had at least 5 years of extensive working experience in Controlling or finance control position in manufacturing company as a Controlling Manager.Goodknowledge of SAP R/3 (modules CO-FI-PM-PS) and BWThe candidate must also have had proven experience handling corporate financial affairs within a vast and matrix business settingsHe/she will further need great communication skills in drafting reports for Company Governance and relevant stakeholder to serve as valuable insights for decision making and strategy formulation."Business Partner" approachTransparency, strong communication and interpersonal skills, strong knowledge of production and manufacturing.Canmanage a team of 6-7 peopleacrosstheentireGroupHe must also be a likable and relaiable person who is able to build and maintain strong bonds with other people who are then inclined to give credit to his directives and trust in his insights.#J-18808-Ljbffr
