Controlling Specialist - International Company

Our client is a Multinational Group operating in the manufacturing field with a global presence. In order to expand the structure, we are looking for an Controlling Specialist in order to join the team in the Turin province.

The controlling specialist will be responsible for overseeing and managing all financial and economic aspects.
This includes budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, cost control, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
Will reporting directly to the Italian Controlling Manager, he/she will be the point of reference for the following activities:

Monthly reporting package preparation P&L analysis and related deviationsCalculation, analysis and monitoring of economic and industrial KPIsProfitability Analysis at different levelProduct standard costs calculation and controls of actual cost deviations Costs monitoring and control Business Reviews support preparation Forecasting & Planning Reports maintenance and updating in the different reporting toolsControlling, maintaining and quality checking of data on ERP systemThe ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial accounting and finance, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to effectively communicate financial information to stakeholders.
Academic degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field and proven experience as an Industrial Controller or similar role, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment; Proficient in financial software and ERP systems, with advanced skills in Microsoft Excel;
Good English skills and Flexibility to travel is required.
Salary package: € 30.000/34.000 + bonus + SW + company canteen.
