We are currently looking for a Corporate Communications Officer to join our M Renewables team in Milan , part of our Italian subsidiary METKA EGN. Your role will encompass: Act as a key liaison between MYTILINEOS central communications function and the local teams, ensuring alignment with the global communication strategy. Coordinate all local marketing, communications, and corporate affairs activities, adapting global initiatives to suit local needs. Oversee relationships with local agencies, providing clear direction, feedback, and ensuring deliverables align with the company's branding and messaging. Collaborate with the central communications team to develop and implement effective campaigns tailored to the local market. Coordinate local team members, providing guidance to ensure seamless execution of communication strategies. Monitor and analyse local market trends, competitor activities, and public sentiment. Develop and maintain relationships with key local stakeholders and media to enhance the MYTILINEOS presence in the region. Review communication materials and content, ensuring accuracy and consistency in local language. Organize and manage local events, sponsorships, and community engagement activities in line with the company's objectives. Provide regular updates and reports to the central communications function, highlighting local successes, challenges, and opportunities. What you bring to the role: Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, or a related field. Proven experience in communications, marketing, or corporate affairs, preferably in a multinational environment. Strong project management skills with the ability to lead and coordinate multiple initiatives simultaneously. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Italian and English languages. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Familiarity with local media landscape.
