Implementation of a Profit and Loss (P&L) Management Control SystemFinancial Reporting: Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, statements, and analyses to assist in financial planning and decision-making.Budgeting and Forecasting: Collaborate with departments to develop annual budgets and forecasts. Monitor and analyze budget variances and provide recommendations for improvement.Financial Analysis: Conduct in-depth financial analysis, identify trends, and create meaningful reports to support executive decision-making.Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards. Develop and implement strategies to mitigate financial risks.Process Improvement: Continuously assess and improve financial processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.Team Leadership: Lead and develop a team of financial professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboratioThe candidate must meet the following requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.At least some former experience as a Financial Analyst, Corporate Controller or similar role in a corporate environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in financial analysis software and MS Excel.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
