Corporate Internal Communication Manager Develop and implement communication activities that focus on key company priorities, for the purpose of increasing employees' understanding and engagement within the business. Responsibilities include developing and driving communications on strategic projects to support the business. Your Mission Develop a comprehensive internal communication plan to deliver strategic company messages Create an environment of shared understanding and engagement to support the business Drive communications on company-wide critical projects, including strategy definition, planning, and implementation Harvest News stories from across the business for publication Shape and convey the corporate image in ways that promote the business and its values Work with stakeholders to plan and deliver internal communications for change programmes Include evidence-based practices in the comm. strategy Manage and continuously improve campaign and messaging strategy. Regularly audit the used channels to ensure they are good fit for our culture and strategy Support production of internal communication dashboards for campaigns and channel related metrics and insights Protect and support development of tone of Sidel's voice and image Identify inefficiencies and drive improvements in processes, content management and tools Your Profile Prdoven experience as Corporate Communications Specialist or similar position Experience in project management and execution of communication campaigns and/or initiatives Excellent in writing and editing skills, and presentation design skill Excellent Microsoft Office skills (e.g. XLS, PPT); photo and video-editing software is a plus Expert in social media platforms Good oral presentation skills Good in data analytics Perfect proficiency in English; Italian, French, Spanish or Chinese a plus Ability to work in autonomy and with a wide range of stakeholders, including C-level executives Experience in multinational companies / multicultural environment is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr
