Corporate Real Estate Junior Analyst

Perform support activities related to the Group Corporate Real Estate, related to all Architectural and administrative aspects. Main Activities & Responsibilities: To support the Manager in monitoring all architectural and construction activities related to the Group offices To prepare test-fit solutions To prepare feasibility studies, to evaluate locations and estimate budgets and timings To file all produced documents both technical and administrative and organize research system. To keep relationship with Finance, Procurement and Legal Department for preparing the Real Estate contracts. To manage the technical documents, supporting the preparation of the half - year office reporting. Administrative supervision of foreign office's contracts. Personal Attributes: Degree in Architecture or related Interior Design Fluent in English, every other language would be a plus At least 2 years of experience in the Architectural Department or within design functions Problem solving Detail oriented. Proactive and highly organized Multitasking, able to quick shift from design creativity to admin/management Self-motivated, able to work under pressure and tight dead-lines #J-18808-Ljbffr
