The Cost Controlling Analyst is part of Versace Global FP&A team. This role is responsible for ensuring respect of internal and group deadlines; monitor, analyse and comment monthly results against budget / forecast or last year performance; propose action plan if needed, and follow-up on their implementation. The controller will support the FP&A team as well as the business functions, providing analysis by working cross functionally across teams/regions.
Job Responsibilities: Prepares the Budget and Forecast and provides periodical reviews and variance analyses.Helps coordinating the regional budgets/forecasts and related analyses by liaising with the local FP&A teams.Supports the management with ad hoc analyses that deliver key insights for critical decision-making.Assists the FP&A/consolidation teams in the monthly and quarterly closings (USGAAP/IFRS) and provides comments and analysis vs budgets.Monitors the corporate capex spend against investment budgets.Prepares management reports and KPIs, providing analysis of the key areas.Monitors costs commitment requests and purchase orders from HQ.Profile: Bachelor's degree, in Finance or Accounting is preferred;1/2 years of experience as retail/wholesale controller, consulting or audit;Previous experience in a Fashion/Luxury company is a plus;Proficiency in MS Office, especially ExcelExperience with Tagetik is a plus;Experience with Planning tool/software, Hyperion a plus;Experience with business intelligence tools such as OBIEE is a plus;Good relationships skills, social intelligence and teamwork;Strong analytical, problem solving, organizational and interpersonal skills;Able to work well under pressure in a complex & fast-changing environment.
