Responsibilities
External Comms Work with the brand team to produce new ideas for company branding, promotional campaigns, and marketing communications.Invent innovative ways to introduce the company to its customers, iterating on creative based on what resonates across owned channelsArt direct video production efforts, with the social promotion in mindConcept and design for all communications projects (blog posts, infographics) with an eye to invent processes and systems built for scaleSupervise the department's daily workflow, assign project workload, and monitor deadlines and budgets.Give and receive feedback from other designers to constantly raise our bar for qualityInternal Comms Create the brand system for corporate communications, including templates for executive presentations, messaging, and internal visual cultureEnsure all internal communications are meeting the design quality (Photography, posters, etc)Handle internal design requests and maintain a repository of design assets Qualifications Extremely high polished visual portfolio of design workUnderstanding of what makes great brands thrive and how design plays the role5+ years experience designing impactful brand experiencesA broad understanding of using different mediums/channels to get your message acrossSkilled at telling the same story across multiple channelsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environment with ever-changing prioritiesHave clear communication, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work with urgency, while maintaining a positive attitudeNo prior experience in cryptocurrency needed Hiring organization Blackpen Recruitment is a global recruitment agency that targets European, African and American Markets with headquarters based in Malta and Cape Town.
