col-wideJob Description:The resource reporting to the company's Finance Manager will be responsible for monitoring the credit performance of Soilmec spa in compliance with internal rules and procedures, and possible opening of judicial or extrajudicial litigation to collect impaired receivables.Activities:Define the timing of credit collection. Ensure the 'collectability of short and long term receivables through the management of credit risk (Credit Risk) and possible political risk (Political Risk). Coordinate and implement operations related to debt collection (., authorization of agreements and transitions, payment plans, collateral acceptances, netting transactions, due date changes, , entering into contracts and blocking those of Clients in problematic and/or dangerous situationsContributing to risk preventionDrafting and providing periodic reports about collection forecasts in order to identify and analyze any deviations and propose/arrange necessary actions to achieve business objectivesManage litigation and the relationship with legal departments and debt collection companiesSupport your manager in the activities of the FunctionManaging financial instruments (., letters of credit)Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Economics or LawPrevious experience in the roleKnowledge of accounting principles and techniquesKnowledge of general accountingBudgeting SkillsGood knowledge of the English language (B2)Excellent interpersonal skills
