Crew Recruiting Manager

Fratelli Cosulich Manning , department that provides personnel and crewing services to Maritime, Catering and Oil & Energy industry, is looking for a Crew Recruiting Manager for its office in Trieste. ACTIVITIES The Crew Recruiting Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring operational excellence while providing customer service, he/she will have responsibility of all Crew Manning and Recruitment Services and manage the manning team, including supervise, train and guide all recruiting specialists. As key role he/she will develop business and client portfolio. REQUIREMENTS Extensive experience within the Maritime and O&G Offshore industry in Crew recruitment and selection and manning Good knowledge of STCW regulations, Flag state documentations and Immigration procedures Proven knowledge of social media marketing platforms with particular focus on Linkedin and Linkeding Recruiter Ability to identify, manage, and solve problem Willing to travel as needed to Corporate HQ in Genoa and visit to clients – at least 30% #J-18808-Ljbffr
