As a CRM & Loyalty Manager, you are an analytic mind who enjoys creating strategies for increasing engagement with clients, keeping them passionate about Starhotels.

Your responsibilities include: Shape the CRM strategy and roadmap towards highest brand by focusing on content personalization, communication across all relevant channels (web, email, mobile, social) and data driven marketing. Implement efficiently CRM strategies across the organization to optimize customer value and engagement. Coordinate with RCS and Team Loyalty for updating master data sheets and allocation of points for I AM STAR members. Update I AM STAR database according to the clients' enquiries. Ensure coordination between CRM and CMS to guarantee the correct allocation of I AM STAR members points. Deliver reporting on the effectiveness of different campaigns and activities. Coordinate with the Marketing Team regarding all the activities/initiatives. Developing, implementing and managing retention marketing tactics to deliver increased purchase frequency and value to meet business objectives. Analysing data from retention marketing campaigns and reporting performance insights to recommend improvements. Exceed expectations revealing: A unique personality and a true passion for hospitality. Proven experience in the role. Strong analytical thinking and attention to details. Proactive mindset and positive thinking. Proven social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge. Knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels.
