Summary:The CRM Specialist plays a vital role at Cavotec.He/she will help us continually improving and enhancing our CRM platform (SalesForce), gathering requirements and feedbacks and designing best practice solutions. Our CRM user experience is of great importance to us, therefore the Group CRM Specialist should enjoy all aspects of user management including support tickets, training, and designing solutions with user satisfaction as a priority. The Role:Daily CRM administration Be the system administrator for Salesforce.com environment (Sales and Service Cloud, Field Service Application, Pardot) for 300+ users split in over 20 countries;Understand and fix daily users issues;Provide expert support to key stakeholders;Ensure a trouble-free communication between CRM other IT systems, especially ERP and Document management systems;Support business in building and maintaining datas in the CRM;Maintain CRM documentation. Continuous CRM improvement Drive Salesforce configuration changes, including: Workflow, Process Builder, Flow, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, mobile administration;Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify new requirements, plan new releases and develop associated training materials;Coordinate relations with external IT service. Requirements: SOQL skills and APEX strong knowledge;Strong understanding of CRM data model, knowledge of Salesforce and its configuration;University degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Science or similar;3/5 years of professional experience in similar roles (experience in international B2B company will be a plus);Experience in training users and creating materials;Able to work on multiple priorities with good analytical skills;Fluency in English and ItalianEnjoy learning new business processes in order to translate them into technical solutions Candidates not in line with the requirements described above will not been taken into consideration.
