Within the European Omnichannel department, the CRM specialist ensures that FENDI CRM strategy and guidelines are implemented in the European network and that our customer interactions are seamless, personalized, and contribute to overall business growthThe ideal candidate will have a keen understanding of CRM systems, coupled with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. If you are passionate about enhancing customer experiences and thrive in a collaborative environmentMain Responsibilities- Create the CRM calendar for the region in collaboration with the different departments-Implement and monitor all CRM activities for the Region, in line with the 360 marketing plan- Manage the creation of ad-hoc Clienteling Digital tool and Newsletter Calendar- Data Mining, KPIs tracking, Strategic Analysis and Reporting- Creation and control of target list for all direct marketing activities and in-store events- Maintain the Database clean and reliable, manage Client's reassignment and deduplication of profiles for specific Markets in Central Europe- Cost control and budgeting activities- Ensure dedicated CRM training sessions for all the new joiners- Support all logistic and operative activities for the direct marketing- Support coordination between retail, merchandising and communication through the formalization of an event plan#J-18808-Ljbffr
