Cross Border Legal Specialist

Role Purpose We are seeking a highly qualified Lawyer to oversee the contracts and supervise credit recovery across our banking and non-banking entities in European countries   Key Responsabilities :   He/she will be involved in the following activities:   The resource will have to deal with the drafting and negotiation of contracts in English (banking, commercial, supply of goods/services or other), coordination and supervision of the credit recovery activity carried out by external lawyers, drafting of internal reports, legal notes, and legal opinions.     Qualification: Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in Legal contract and litigation activities in legal international firms or banking and financial sector. Fluent English is mandatory (written and spoken). Knowledge of the French language would be an asset, Native Italian At least 4 years of experience in similar positions Experience in drafting contracts, training, and in working on policies and procedures A dmission to the italian bar   Soft Skills Strong organizational skills and aptitude for problem-solving Responsibility and precision for details Motivation to work in a multicultural and challenging environment.
