The candidate will be part of the Customer Service Inside Sales Department and will be the customer contact point regarding the management of spare parts offers and orders from the receipt of the request until shipment.
He/She will manage pre-shipment deliveries and the installed base of retrofit products. He/She will identify new sales opportunities through calls and emails and support to Sales Account for closing sales operations and recommended spare parts lists for New Machinery.
Key Responsibilities: Create mechanical drawings and design upgrades of converting machinery
Support Inside Sales for drafting technical quotations
Develop upgrades in the mechanical area
Share with the team the reporting of machinery upgrade carried out
Identify any new standard machine upgrades
Evaluate feasibility of customer requests;
To succeed in this role you should have: Degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar studies
Previous experience of at least 3-5 years as Mechanica Design in an automation company
Technical background in Industrial automation is mandatory
Knowledge of mechanical design
Fluent spoken and written both Italian and English are mandatory
Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and knowledge of SAP
Problem solving skills
Able to work under pressure and strong time management skills
Ability to prioritize and deal the urgencies
