Every day we impact the lives of millions by changing the way people see the world.   JOB SCOPE AND MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES The Customer Intelligence Senior Analyst is responsible for supporting analytics at the customer level and extracting insights from customers for all company audience, locally or globally. This position leverages SQL (Hive/MySQL) to run existing database queries and build new queries for the customers analytics team, conducts advanced analysis by collecting and using a comprehensive set of data that explains all potential business drivers. The output of the Analyst will support a mix of customer analytics and reporting and will help on analyzing new onboarding database quality. This role is 80% hands on and 20% client facing to colleagues. Delivers standard reports through SQL code on a weekly and monthly basis, able to update existing code as business requirements change. Develops and maintains knowledge base on the consumer, recommending and producing dashboards to allow the business to monitor customer base health as well as keep under control key trends. Employs data on the customer database to understand customer types, behavioral segments and inter purchase intervals. Looks for opportunities to standardize and streamline analyses (both existing and new requests). Ideal candidate will suggest and recommend tools to advance the team's capabilities and insights. Leverages existing coding knowledge, but also seeks growth in coding as well as new technologies that will aid in insight development and data visualization. Stays ahead of innovation and trends in the field of Business Intelligence & Analytics and recommends best practices. A curious, autonomous, lifelong learner able to work in an international environment with entrepreneurial spirit able to develop effective presentation on complex ideas Flexibility to handle multiple tasks and meet project deadlines   AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES AND RELATED ACTIVITIES Prepare the data-set as appropriate and/or access to data from the Customer Analytics infrastructure Query customer database to data for reporting Develop and maintain knowledge base on the consumer, recommending and producing dashboards to allow the business to monitor customer base health as well as keep under control key trends. Employ data on the customer database to understand customer types, behavioral segments and inter purchase intervals   NETWORK OF INTERACTION INTERNAL: CRM, e-commerce, IT EXTERNAL: IT consultant, Data consultant/external partner   TECHNICAL SKILLS - PORTRAIT OF A PERFECT CANDIDATE 5+ years of relevant experience in Data company and/or analytics Best in Class analytical and critical thinking skills Strong both in Communication writing and verbally Strong analytical and mathematical skills Skills: ability to clearly convey very complex ideas in simple easy to understand ways — Bachelor's degree in highly analytical and quantitative areas such as: Math, Economics, Statistics, or related field Knowledge of SQL Airflow & GitLab GoogleBigQuery Data Visualization tool (Power BI, Looker, Tableau etc) Statistical packages (R, Python)   Financial modeling (Excel) Presentation (Powerpoint) We welcome applications from all individuals regardless of their ages, backgrounds, gender, sexual orientation, political affiliations, personal beliefs, or religions.
