Purpose of Position: We are looking for a proactive Customer Service Representative whose aim is to ensure the best support of our clients for foreign markets.
He/she will be responsible for all the process from pre to post sales.
The activities are to listen to customer concerns, answer customer questions and provide information about the company's products and services.
This is a key role to ensure the right management of orders, claims management and to guarantee the constant update of the price list.
Description of main Activities /responsibilities: Orders Management Complaint and returns management Credit Notes Inserting updated prices into management system Keeping the price lists update Contact with clients and keep high quality relationships with them Contact with foreign colleagues to support foreign orders requests Requisitions: Education : Degree in foreign languages and/or Economics Experience : At least 2 years of experience in productive industries Language skills : English proficiency is mandatory. Preferably second language knowledge. IT Skills : Good knowledge of the main IT tools. Mastery of Excel is mandatory. Soft skills : Problem solving, Strong aptitude for communication and interpersonal relationships, Openness to change and continuous learning, Propensity for teamwork, Willingness to work in an international context.
