We are a dynamic and constantly growing company. As a result, we are looking for a high motivated Customer Service Rep (f/m/d). You will have to provide front-line support for customer inquiries. You will serve as the in-house resource for the sales operations as well.
What You'll Work OnRespond to customer inquiries by taking and processing customers' ordersUtilize company systems and processes (SAP) to enter sales orders, conto visione orders and consignment replacements, confirm inventory availability, develop customized defaults for each customerProcess Returned Merchandise Authorizations (RMAs)File customer complaintsMaintain excellent customer relationsManage Travel Stock program, ensuring compliance with Quality SystemMaintain customer databasesWhat You BringBachelor's degree preferred, in Business, Marketing or related field.
