We provide maintenance and repair services to users for industrial reciprocating compressors across multiple industries in O&G, technical gasses, natural gas and hydrogen accounts. What we offerAs the Customer Service Representative/ Project Manager you will be in charge of –
Providing timely quotationsTracking and monitoring the progress of all transactional projects to keep the promised delivery timeManage projects for overhaul of reciprocating Compressor (organize Capital Parts and Spare parts purchase relating to the project, Resources) - from the definition / technical feasibility study, til completion.Manage Mechatronic System projects, including purchasing and resource planningCustomer visits for information gatheringEvaluate and record findingsCheck consistency between budget and final deliveryCreate final reports and inspection protocols in cooperation with Workshop / Local EngineeringActively work with our Tools (SAP, Service Next,..)Act as the primary contact between customer and operations teamServe specific customers with the Key Account ManagerDevelop and implement customer-specific KPIs and facilitate the transition to a customer-focused mindset.What you should bring with youMinimum 3 years of mechanical experience, ideally in rotating equipment for Oil & Gas sectorExperience with SAP tools is an advantageAbility to think in processes and prioritize ownership of work with a service-oriented attitudeExcellent coordination and organization skills and collaborative team playerCustomer-centric approach, both internally and externallyInnovative and solution-focused mindsetCurious mindset and proactive in seeking knowledgeAdvanced English skills (verbal and written)Who we areLocally close to the customers – globally successful: HOERBIGER is active worldwide in 43 countries on all continents. 5,948 employees at 127 locations – including 25 production plants – deliver reliable solutions for better performance, increased safety, and fewer emissions.
