Biz2Credit Data Science Director New York , New York Apply Now Data Science Director (New York, NY): Develop and refine Company's decisioning and pricing model by optimizing risk and return while dramatically reducing decision cycle times. Evaluate alternative data sources and structures to document and improve the efficacy of Company's customer conversion models and processes. Play a leadership role in the design and implementation of ongoing operational risk reporting and analytics ventures. Work on data projects and proposals involving Company's financial services partners including banks, debtor investors, equity investors, and others to analyze, classify, and visualize credit-related data. Supervise the analysis and implementation for white labeling Company's working capital loan product for new investors. Apply data science approaches like linear regression. logistics regression and machine learning models on the extracted data using python, R. Extract and mine complex data using SQL, create ad-hoc reports and conduct analyses for internal stakeholders. Validate the accuracy of analyzed data communicated with internal and external stakeholders. Regular interaction with C-suite executives to strategize for future investors. Lead a growing team of data scientists. Use project management tools like JIRA to manage timeline, resources, and scope through prioritization of projects for the direct reports. Salary Offered: $163,238 - $175,000 per year. Must have a Master's Degree in Information Systems or a related field, or foreign equivalent, and 3 years of experience as a Data Science Project Manager in a financial technology company.
