Customers create thousands of orders every day in multiple countries. But we want more and we need your help to achieve it. What does a customer usually buy after adding cart eggs or tomatoes? Which is the main cause of dropout of our customers during their navigation? Which are the main optimizations of our shopper operations we could work on? To answer all these questions (and a lot of other ones) to improve our product and solve the problems of our customers, shoppers and partners we're looking for a Product Analyst to join our Data Science team.

What you will do You will join a distributed team of data scientists with decision-making autonomy: you will be responsible for your work.You will explore our data in order to find and test new product ideas: from customers' and shoppers' behaviors to logistic optimization and many others.You will support the Product team and stakeholders in deep diving their hypothesis and pursuing a data driven approach in order to prioritize activities and features. What you bringLove for data and algorithms: you are proud of your work.2+ years of experience with data analysis and exploration.Experience with basic statistical techniques (i.e. clustering, hypothesis testing, …) and desire to explore and learn new ones.Knowledge of technologies in our stack: Python, AWS, MySQL.Experience with BI tools like Tableau and Quicksight is a nice to have.Good understanding of business problems and ability to translate them into data analysis.Great communication and synthesis skills working closely with product managers, other teams and both internal and external stakeholders.Analytical, detail-focused mindset, but always looking at the big picture.Team player: you work well with other people within and outside the tech team.Positive & chill vibes.
