Demand & Distribution Planner - Europe & Middle EastReference:Reference:FEND03468Job title:Job title:Demand & Distribution Planner - Europe & Middle EastReporting to the Supply Chain & Logistic Manager Europe & Middle East, the Demand and Distribution Planner will have the responsibility to:Effectively manage demand and supply plans for the assigned network through a daily partnership with Merchandising TeamManage the coverage of the stock for the Europe & Middle East network both for Seasonal Product and Permanent, with the pursuit of achieving financial goal in term of sales, sell through and stock coverageCoordinate with the Warehouse to guarantee an efficient inbound and outbound flow, calibrating business expectationsMain ResponsibilitiesSet the correct Target Stock Level at SKU/store level considering sales trend, lead time and stores capacityForecasting demand and supply at SKU level to prevent overstocking or running out-of-stock for Permanent and Cross Seasonal MerchandiseWork in close cooperation with Retail and Worldwide Supply Chain to better satisfy Market requests calibrating with Corporate strategyActivate rebalancing and consolidation in agreement with Merchandising and Worldwide Supply Chain to match stock coverage objectiveElaborate a monthly Best Estimate by Product Category to guarantee that Zone ambitions are in line with Corporate expectationsFollow Buying Campaign for Seasonal Product supporting Merchandising Team in figuring out risk or opportunities on the OTB (Open To Buy)Profile:3-5 years of professional experience in a similar role, preferably within International luxury retail CompanyMaster's Degree in Economics or Management Engineering (degree in Supply Chain management will be considered a plus)Good understanding of supply chain proceduresAdvance Excel and Power Point skills (Power BI will be considered a plus)Excellent analytical skillsAbility to work through stressful and last minutes requestsFluency in EnglishTeam working attitude, negotiation and flexibility#J-18808-Ljbffr
