Beyond that, here's how you'll make your mark:Partner with creative directors and designers to define and translate strategies into effective visual communicationDevelop design systems and brand identities that challenge the status quoChampion, define, and implement unique design solutions across both print and digital mediaConceive of original ideas that bring simplicity and clarity to complex design challengesMentor other creatives around the craft of designAdvocate for excellent design quality in all that we create.QualificationsAcross 8+ years of experience, you know what it takes to slay design. These are the core skills you've totally nailed:Expert-level knowledge in branding, print, and digital designExcellent understanding of typography and overall visual compositionSolid verbal and written presentation skillsStrong creative problem-solving skillsAbility to successfully manage time, process, and workflowPassion, curiosity, and understanding for all things designExpertise in Adobe Creative SuiteAdditional InformationCompensation Range: $73,500 - $123,500 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
