You will work closely with marketing and design teams to create high-quality digital content that reflects our brand and drives user engagement.Responsibilities:Content Modifications on Webspark: Update or modify text and images based on client requests.Promotion Rollouts: Team up with the marketing department for the creation and launch of promotional Landing Pages.Client Requests on Various Platforms: Manage client requests involving Webspark, Leadspark, Report & Marketing.Issue Management: Initiate tickets for client-reported bugs and development needs.Ticket Follow-up: Coordinate resolution with support, tech, and dev teams.Client Communication: Regularly update the client on project status.Dealer Management: Address all requests, complaints, and queries from dealers.RequirementsLanguages: Proficient in French (native level), English (professional level)Technical Skills: Proficiency in Webspark, Leadspark, SaaS platforms, and basic coding abilities (Webpages management/CMS).Attitude: Proactive, customer-centric, and team-oriented.Experience: 2+ years in digital project management, ideally with automotive industry exposure.Marketing Campaign Management: Experience in creating, piloting, and delivering lead-generating campaigns.Budget Management: Skills in managing marketing budgets and analysing performance metrics.Sales and Marketing Experience: Experience in commercial development, client relations, and portfolio management.#J-18808-Ljbffr
