With a strong commitment to innovation and sustainability, we are continuously growing and looking for talented individuals to join our dynamic team.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the development, launch and optimization of our digital products, working closely with the development team, marketing managers and other involved stakeholdersDefine the digital product vision, strategy and roadmap aligned with business objectives and customer needsCollaborate with internal stakeholders including Board, customers, business managers and the development team, and external stakeholders to understand user needs, gather feedback and define product requirementsPrioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring that the most important features are developed in an efficient and timely mannerWork closely with the Agile development team to guide the product development process, participating in sprint planning, reviews and retrospectivesMonitor digital product performance metrics and continually iterate to improve user experience and product successCommunicate effectively with various internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure a common understanding of product goals and progressTo succeed in this role you should haveMaster's degree preferably in Digital, IT, Engineering or similar fieldsStrong Project and Product Management skills and knowledge of Agile and SCRUM methodologyGeneral knowledge of Data Analysis, AI, IoTKnowledge of market analysis, business case development, TCO calculation, Business Process ModellingAbility to combine product management skills, knowledge of the market and digital technologiesProven knowledge of MS Office; MS Sharepoint 365 is highly appreciatedExcellent level of English and ItalianExcellent communication and collaboration skillsResults and customer orientationWhat we offerBe a part of dynamic and collaborative teamBe part of an organization committed to innovation and excellenceOnboarding planInternal canteen free of chargeYearly training programJoin the team!
