Digital Retail Manager

Join our dynamic Retail&Store Management team! FiloBlu is looking for an eCommerce Retail Manager who will directly define Retail Management strategies in contact with the brand, guiding and overseeing Store Management and Marketing activities.
Responsibilities: Define the best retail strategy to apply to the brand;Planning of the strategic commercial plan integrated with the communication and marketing plan; Analysis of trends and definition of the online store's merchandising;Definition of Retail Management strategies (direct and indirect distribution) for achieving revenue and margin objectives;Drafting of the OTB and Buying activities for the selection of products destined for the digital market;Setting target objectives for the online store with the drafting of the related action plan;Analysis of the main qualitative and quantitative KPIs;Preparation of strategic plans for the approach to the digital market and related consultancy.Requirements:
Proven experience in the e-commerce world;Passion for the fashion industry;Strong analytical skills;Ability to mediate with customers;Teamwork and problem-solving attitude;Knowledge of the English language. Full name * Email *
