Job Title: Director Company: Deutsche Bank Securities Inc. Location: New York, NY Responsibilities: Originate, underwrite, and risk manage loan positions for digital infrastructure, focusing on cold storage and non-traditional real estate assets. Serve as an underwriter deploying the company's balance sheet to finance companies within the digital infrastructure sector. Syndicate risk to other active lenders. Evaluate and screen new transactions. Conduct detailed due diligence including financial modeling, risk analysis, market research, and credit proposals. Present proposed transactions to investing committees and secure risk approvals. Review marketing material including investor memos and marketing term sheets to lead syndication efforts. Lead multiple work streams and coordinate with internal and external counterparties/service providers. Maintain active relationships with industry players and lenders to syndicate underwritten risk. Oversee and monitor ongoing performance of portfolio, maintaining active dialogue with borrowers. Requirements: Educational Background: Masters Degree in Finance or related field or equivalent. Experience: Five (5) years of experience originating, structuring, and underwriting financing transactions for corporate, sponsor-backed, venture-backed, and founder-led borrowers within Technology, Software, Communications, and Digital Infrastructure.
