PJT Partners Holdings LP Director New York , New York Apply Now PJT Partners Holdings LP seeks Director in New York, NY to lead the day-to-day execution of transactions, including due diligence, valuation analysis, and the negotiating of contracts and other agreements. Requirements: Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Finance, Economics, or a related field and nine (9) years of progressively responsible experience in the job offered or related occupation: create and deliver presentations on a wide range of transactions, including sell sides, acquisitions, divestitures, recapitalizations and leveraged buyouts; assess the financial, economic and strategic impact of transactions to clients and stakeholders; construct financial models using Excel and other financial service software such as Bloomberg for the use of M&A transactions, issuance of financial instruments (e.g. equity, debt and options), leverage buyout and all aspects of valuation and economic impact analysis including accretion dilution, value creation and option pricing/Black-Scholes models; negotiate key aspects of term sheets and other transaction-related documentation; possess deep working knowledge in areas of industry trends, finance, economics and M&A and tax legal frameworks; tax and legal framework include US M&A law and corporate tax regime (e.g., section 368 and 355). In the alternative, the employer will accept a Master's degree or foreign equivalent in one of the above-listed fields and seven (7) years of experience in the above-listed areas. Telecommuting and/or working from home may be permissible pursuant to company policies. FINRA Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) Series 79 and Series 63 certifications required.
