Director Of Sales & Marketing

For a 5 Star Luxury Resort in Venice , we are looking for a Director of Sales & Marketing, who will drive the growth and brand visibility of the Hotel. Develop and execute comprehensive Sales and Marketing strategies to achieve revenue targets and market share objectives. Lead and motivate the sales and marketing team to deliver exceptional results. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders (including corporate clients, travel agencies, industry partners). Oversee promotional campaigns, events, and partnerships. Analyze market trends and guest feedback. At least 5 years of experience in luxury hotels Sales & Marketing roles . Experience in the US market is essential. Fluent in English and Italian. Proven track record of success in driving revenue and market share growth. Strong teamwork and leading skills. Flexibility to travel as needed.
Location : the position is based in Venice.
Employment type: full time, permanent contract.
Compensation : € 65.000 – € 80.000.
