Summary #thisiswhere you can support our Distribution Center in Medolla performing verification activities on incomings. This is a temporary position. What you'll be doing General activities on incomings (checking of incoming documentation and related correspondence with warehouse loads) with analysis for inventory reconciliation Monitoring of return processes for rework Support on outbound: international shipping and replenishment with bookings of trucks/containers/express and relevant correspondence Management of the movement of equipment exiting and entering the DC Follow up on returns monitoring (finished products and spare parts) Support documentation completion relating to to ensure compliance with quality requirements such as data logger programming Support documentation to complete the shipping process: delivery notes/invoices and specific documentation as required Document archiving What you'll bring High school diploma Previous experience in incoming  international shipping/receiving activities (incoming process and documentation) Previous work experience in a structured work environment Good Knowledge of the English language (written and spoken) Teamwork and troubleshooting ability Ability to use Office package Reasonable Accommodations Baxter is committed to working with and providing reasonable accommodations to individuals with disabilities globally.
