This may include maintenance of files, archiving and management of repositories.
Your responsibilities:
You will outline a long-term storage strategy for documents and drawings.
You will adhere to regulatory requirements.
You will ensure documentation integrity.
You will control access to documents.
You will label, sort, and categorize document for ease of use.
You will work with colleagues to ensure consistency of documentation practice across the company.
You will remove document that are obsolete.
You will utilize storage software and applications for electronic filing.
You will perform transcription and conversion work.

Your background:
Degree in engineering or technical diploma.
Proven work experience as a Documentation Specialist or similar role is a plus.
Outstanding organizational skills, attention to details and good interpersonal skills.
Good level of English for writing and reading in work function.
