Drywall Estimator: Are you an experienced Drywall Estimator looking for your next opportunity? We have an exciting role for you! We are looking for an experienced, knowledgeable, and organized individual to join our team as a Drywall Estimator.
The Drywall Estimator will be responsible for providing accurate estimates for new drywall and stucco projects, as well as, repairs and renovations. This individual must have a strong knowledge of building codes, construction materials, and estimating practices. The Drywall Estimator will also ensure that all estimates are accurate and completed in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities:
Conducting on-site visits to evaluate projects and determine scope of workCreating detailed estimates for drywall, stucco, metal framing, structural steel framing, plastering, and other related activitiesMaintaining a high degree of accuracy in estimating materials and labor costsUtilizing Quick Bid and OST software to generate estimatesAssisting in the management of projects including scheduling, ordering materials, inspecting work, and resolving customer issuesCreating and maintaining project documentation and recordsEnsuring that projects are completed on time and within budgetQualifications:
3-5+ years of experience in drywall estimatingIn-depth knowledge of all aspects of drywall and stucco work including building codes, materials, and estimating practicesProficiency with Quick Bid and OST softwareStrong understanding of project management and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyExcellent communication and organizational skillsFlexible and able to work in a fast-paced environmentDetail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and qualityVacation/PTO
