For over 55 years the company has been providing the world's best athletes and motorsports enthusiasts in the pursuit of performance excellence with the most technologically advanced products which fuse protection, innovation and style.The company, thanks to outstanding and constantly innovative products, is in a powerful growth phase in the global market, reflecting the strengthening of the staff in order to join our great successful team.Now we are looking for an Intern for our Ecommerce team.Position As an E-commerce Merchandising Intern at Alpinestars, you will work closely with our merchandising team to optimize product listings, enhance the online shopping experience, and drive sales on eu.alpinestars.comProduct Optimization: Assist updating product listings on Shopify, ensuring accurate and compelling product descriptions, translations, images, and pricing information.Merchandising Strategy: Support the development and implementation of merchandising strategies to promote featured products, rankings, seasonal campaigns, and special promotions.Data Analysis: Analyze sales data, email performance, traffic, to identify trends and opportunities for improving product performance and optimizing merchandising tactics.Competitive Research: Conduct research on competitors' e-commerce strategies, product offerings, and pricing.Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, operations, and customer service to coordinate merchandising initiatives and ensure a seamless online shopping experience for customers and increase conversion rate,Mail Flow: Collaborate with external and internal stakeholders to create, optimize, and analyze email flow.Requirements Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program.English is the company language, so proficiency both written and spoken is required. Italian and other languages are nice to have, but not mandatory.Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Familiarity with Shopify is a plus.Previous experience in retail, e-commerce, or digital marketing is preferred but not required.Nice to have: passion for motorsportsOther information This position is available in Asolo (TV).#J-18808-Ljbffr
