He does so by creating timeless pieces that, enhanced by precious materials and artisanal craftwork, resist the whim of fleeting trends with their pure and essential design.Context and Purpose of the jobYou will join the company working in the Editorial Press Office team.In your role, you will support the team in managing and coordinating product request between the company and editorials, both nationally and internationally, or with other departments.ResponsibilitiesManage and coordinate product requests for national and international editorials at WW levelOrganize the appointments with local press to select garments and accessories for shootingsCollect and send samples for corporate events and Press DaysOrganize of seasonal key item shots for the creation of lookbooks to share with pressSupport during fashion shows and institutional eventsSupport to the VIP office for sample requests and during fittingsPrepare garments for influencer requestsSend descriptions and prices to the press for garments featured in editorialsPrepare transport documents for non-CEE shipmentsRecord of sample orders for the HQ press office and all branches.RequirementsPrevious experience in a similar role of 1 yearDegree in CommunicationExcellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office SuiteFluent in English (written and spoken)Flexibility, problem solvig, goal orientation#J-18808-Ljbffr
