Job Description:Main activities Engineering support ensuring a timely response to Customers for the in-service fleet in order to contribute, in coordination with the other stakeholder functions, to the achievement of the reliability and the availability targetsPerform the HUMS data analysis on Customer request: Transmission/Rotors health monitoring and avionic failures evaluationManage and analyze HUMS data for entire HUMS equipped fleetTimely resolution of technical issues through analysis and production of applicable documentation interfacing LH Departments and Vendors as needed.Maintenance procedures creation and support to validation in cooperation with the relevant Product Support Engineering function (technical bulletins, maintenance manual, etc.)Keep the HUMS related maintenance activity traced and recorded (occurrence/malfunction reporting)Preparation and attendance to Customer visits and events for product and services related activities (e.g. technical update, on site assistance for particular issues, webinar)Reliability and maintainability analysis of the helicopter and its components to trigger product recovery/improvement actionsTechnical investigations related to in-service eventsSkillsShall be bachelor graduate or diploma holder in:Aerospace/Aeronautic EngineeringSTEM disciplinesProblem solving orientedBasic knowledge of the time signal/frequencies/spectra analysisAbility to work in teamInitiative and motivationAbility to work independently with minimum directionAbility to manage prioritiesGood communications, listening and interpersonal skillsPro-activity to timely complete the assigned tasksComfortable in the dynamic atmosphere of a product organization with a rapidly expanding Customer baseGood presentation skillsAbility to communicate professionally in written responses to e-mails and submitting reportsGood interest in Aeronautics (helicopters)Prepared for possible travelsSeniority:Junior
