Engineering Project Leader

Position SummaryWe are looking for a talented Mechatronic or Electronic Engineer, as a member of Engineering Project Management Team, with passion for e-drives who wants to grow his/her skills in this discipline in strong collaboration with other Engineering technical domains (motor development, hardware, software). To grow as an Engineering Project Lead permits you to learn and build a solid approach to manage the engineering efforts of major projects in mechatronics or Electric Vehicle Integration. In the RFI/RFQ phase, he/she leads the Engineering Department in providing the required technical information, understanding the customer needs and translating them into technical requirements through the collection of the right information (requirements), doing the product sizing and/or supporting the identification of the most suitable product for the customer. You will be responsible for delivering the solution and for supervising all the engineering and prototyping aspects of the project, including schedule, quality and costs.Main Opportunities and ChallengesThis individual will have the ability to work in a dynamic environment with challenging deadlines. The job responsibilities will be very varied as they will address many aspects of the growing Mechatronics and Electrification group and will include some of the following responsibilities but not limited to.Main ResponsibilitiesResponsible as lead/support of Advanced Portfolio, RFQ/RFI Planning and execution, department financial planning, etc.Become an expert in Low Voltage Systems providing optimal solutions to customer needs for mobile machinesTranslate customer needs into Stakeholder Requirements to be used to define efforts and timing for new product developmentFacilitate process implementation and improvement in accordance with the standard model (CMMI, ASPICE)Ensure the projects are launched on-time and meet deliverables#J-18808-Ljbffr
