What's the role aboutAs it continues to grow rapidly, MotorK is seeking an experienced, highly energetic and motivational Team Leader. Someone used to look for win-win opportunities with an outcome driven mindset, experienced enough to know that for any given technical solution the execution is a key factor for success.

Previous significant hands-on experience in a Software Engineering roleDeep understanding of Agile methodologies, such as Scrum and Lean practices such Kanban/KaizenHave a bias for action and a customer-centric approachExperienced in working in an environment that promotes a DevOps mindset, Continuous Integration and DeliveryTrack Record of proven people management experience focused on developing and growing people. Giving feedback and performance management.Knowing how to motivate and led highly performant teamsCommercial experience with PHP frameworks such as Symfony and Laravel, experience with NodeJS and Vue.JS is a plusStrong Software Engineering skills, strong SW Design capabilities, fluent on practices and principlesStrong English communication skills (both spoken and written)Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsapply for this position
