The sought-after figure is that of ERP Business Analyst , whose task will be to interface and communicate with customer and company stakeholders to collect requests and design functional solutions, in order to guarantee the best result.
Customer relationshipAutonomyTechnical skillsActivity Prepare the functional analysis documentation of the project
Planning the activities for the provision of the consultancy service
Drive parties towards process improvement and efficiency by making actionable recommendations Necessary requirements Good knowledge of ERP management systems, such as Odoo and/or Salesforce
Good understanding of sales and/or administrative processes
Good understanding of project and customer management
Excellent knowledge of MS Office
At least 2 years of experience as a functional or business analyst Good communication and stakeholder management skills Solutions oriented, with a keen eye for detail, problem solving and excellent communication skills Ability to manage multiple workflows and projects simultaneously
Additional skills Experience on systems such as Odoo and/or Salesforce, other ERP or CRM to indicate
Courses and/or certifications on Odoo and/or Salesforce products, other ERP or CRM to be indicated Personalized training plans For each figure, a career plan and a training course will be designed in line with the skills present and those to be acquired, in order to express the potential of the resources and grow professionally.
