The Events Manager will oversee and organize events for R365 target audiences. As a core member of the marketing team, this masterful multitasker and strong organizer is all about the details and creating a memorable event. You'll put together plans from start to finish and ensure Restaurant365 is well represented and successful at every event we attend and host.
How you'll add value: Identify the objectives, requirements, and expectations for events including industry trade shows, brand, user acquisition, and internal eventsLiaise with vendors, exhibitors, and stakeholders during the event planning process to ensure everything is in orderEnsure all event set-up, tear down, and follow-up processes are defined, and all participants understand their roles and responsibilitiesManager day-to-day administration of events and programs including placing orders, BEO review, monitoring vendors, travel planning, restaurant reservations, facilitating company attendees, monitoring registration, tracking RSVPs, answering questions, and resolving issues.Create and manage event budgetsProject manage each event, ensuring internal stakeholders and team members understand their responsibilities and deadlines pertaining to each event to ensure successful executionWork with fellow team members to quantify each event's impact and outcome related to new leads and salesIdentify and plan VIP experiences for customers, prospects and internal employeesOversee staffing at events and manage onsite event registration; includes occasional travel to regional and national meetingsOther duties as assigned.What you'll need to be successful in this role: At least 4 years of experience in marketing, event planning or event coordination in a corporate environmentExperience working with colleagues in design, sales, marketing and communicationsExcellent organizational, communication, negotiation, and multitasking skillsAbility to remain calm under pressure without losing a customer-service oriented attitudeStrong collaborative and problem-solving skillsStrong organizational skillsR365 Team Member Benefits & CompensationThis position has a salary range of $66560K-$95K. The above range represents the expected salary range for this position. The actual salary may vary based upon several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant skills/experience, time in the role, business line, and geographic location.
