Location: Houston & surrounding areas with some travel within Texas – Houston Area Home Based
Position Overview: The Field Sales Consultant will have the responsibility to actively sell and promote the Taub Family Selections portfolio in the Houston & surrounding areas with market work throughout the state of Texas as needed. Focus will be primarily on-premise (80%) with off-premise work as needed (20%).
Responsibilities/Essential Functions: Actively sell and Promote the Taub Family Selections portfolio. Work with our wholesale network to manage and grow these portfolios. Effectively manage and cultivate relationships with clients in the region. Assist with managing supplier/producer market visits. Manage new product introductions to ensure on target shipments and depletions. Qualifications/Requirements: Bachelor's Degree preferred 2 years of distributor or supplier experience On-premise or wine retail sales experience preferred A foundation of wine intelligence and the ability to educate others Competitive and Charismatic personality Strong communication, both written and verbal Superior organizational skills, detail oriented, must be able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Ability to work independently and in a dynamic, high energy, team-oriented atmosphere High level of proficiency with Microsoft office Ability to lift up to 35 pounds Safe driving record Benefits Overview: Taub Family Selections a competitive compensation package including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(K), paid vacation, personal time off and 11 paid company holidays.
