Some of the main activities will be:Schedule on-site and remote activities with Field Service Technicians inItaly and/or Abroad;Purchase and deliver spares, if requested, to restore machine downtimes;Prepare offers and handle customer's orders;Strict collaboration with the stakeholders of the Business Units in orderto identify together a tailor-made strategy towards the customers;Management of third vendors: from the bidding phase, till the costsplitting phase, ensuring a blooming collaboration with them;Follow customers in all the Field Service related-phases starting from therecording of their ticketPerform backoffice tasks (e.g. for Technical Support)To be a perfect fit for this role, you would already have:Bachelor's degree in any of the following: Human sciences, Economics,EngineeringProven experience in Customer Service (preferred)SAP basic knowledge (preferred)Microsoft Office basic knowledgeAbility to face issues and to prioritize tasks and activitiesAbility to work in a changing environmentExcellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skillTeam player ability, strong communication & interpersonal skillsEffective collaboration in networks across businesses and functionsPassion to never-stop growing Respect and appreciation of each person's uniqueness, willingness to cocreate andshare knowledgeProficiency in English and ItalianEligibility to work in ItalyWhat we offerFlexibility: trustful environment with an inclusive and flexible way ofworking driven by results,; hybrid and remote working enabled by innovativetools and devices, personal computer and smartphone; wi-fi connection reimbursement.Welfare: flexible welfare programs and health insurance extendable to yourfamily; professional and extraprofessional accident insurance; free on-sitelunch options.
